Our most recently completed new build, this house is a unique modernist house set in just under an acre of natural unlandscaped garden.

The property is one of two identical houses on a large plot, though modelled differently inside, and the design offers an upside down living space, where the open plan kitchen and living area allow you to walk out directly into the outside gardens via large patios. The build itself combines contemporary ideas with traditional high quality building techniques and materials including oak internal joinery.  The methods used allow the house to run very efficiently, incorporating high levels of insulation, electric air source heating system and a zinc roof. Key features of the build are the full height windows on the upper level, with full width bi-folding doors. Accommodation comprises 4 double bedrooms, 3 bath/shower rooms, open plan kitchen, living room, and a plant/utility room. This home has been a very proud achievement for us and we are delighted it has been sold to a family who will enjoy all of its features, as we have all wished we could buy it at some point during the build! It has been exciting to watch it develop into a stunning home.
