Ludwell

There was an original stone cottage on the site which was tiny and in disrepair.  A new house was designed and approved for the site which is set in a lovely spot with a very pleasant sloping garden with mature trees.  The new house will have a traditional frontage with a more modern rear elevation.  The stone from the old house will be re-used for garden and entrance walling.  So it will be a modern house set in a traditional exterior, incorporating air source heat pump underfloor heating with sash windows on the front and powder coated aluminium at the rear with large bi-fold doors opening onto the lower garden.
